Corbyn’s spokesman says the Labour leader will answer questions on all topics during a two-day weekly debate.
The discussions are likely to be dominated by his relationship with former London mayor Ken Livingstone, who has been criticised for comments he has made in the past, including suggesting Hitler supported Zionism before the Second World War.
Corbyn’s spokesman said on Tuesday that the Labour leader would not go into a meeting of the Parliamentary Labour Party on Tuesday at which other Labour politicians could question him.
“Jeremy will not be responding. There is a formal invitation, but as he is not going, he will not be responding,” the spokesman said.

NHS England has confirmed more than 30 million patient appointments, letters and general communication will be handled by artificial intelligence this year.
As part of a pilot, the system will be trialled in 10 areas including GP surgeries and hospitals.
A number of other areas including mental health and emergency departments are also involved.
It is hoped the system will improve communication with the public about what services they need and enable them to be better engaged.
The Royal Society for Public Health said the decision showed the NHS was “making some good progress towards better value care”.
This is being delivered as part of the NHS Long Term Plan’s (NLT Plan) strategy to transform commissioning and care.
The NHS publication of the 37-page strategy is currently being published in the NHS England magazine, Health News.
The pilot will cover urgent and emergency care, cancer services, mental health, diabetes care, cancer services, mental health services, respiratory services, sexual health, elective services and maternity services, as well as GP surgeries and hospices.
At present, commissioners decide on which services will be offered in which parts of the country, based on the availability of services.
But a number of health leaders have raised concerns that people do not benefit from having to make themselves available for a number of different services.
As a result, the NLT Plan aims to make the NHS “more consistent in how it delivers care, whether it’s providing services or funding for services” by being more flexible in planning and commissioning.
The new system also aims to help social care staff make better decisions about care and about the best ways to support people with their care.
The pilot will begin in July, and will last six months and assess how the system could be delivered in all areas across the country.
As well as the NHS, the service will be delivered by a third-party supplier.
